“We booked two days to enjoy the last day of 2022, but it was the most eventful of the hotels I have stayed in. On the first night, there was a drilling sound from upstairs for about an hour. It rang like crazy and the two cups of $10 coffee we ordered at 2:30 PM didn't arrive until 3:30 PM. I contacted them again to confirm, but without saying sorry, they said that they would place an order again and send it to me in an indifferent voice. Still, no coffee, it is almost 4 pm. Very questionable if this is a 5 star hotel”

“Hotel is kinda nice, very Japanese style. but service could be improved. 1) the in-room chrome cast won’t work; IT guy came over trying to reboot but after 20min we had to give us. 2) in the morning, the elevator doesn’t work and I had to go through the kitchen to get out dragging two luggages; plus there’s no instructions on how exactly I should get out so I had to wonder around the kitchen a bit.”
