“The female receptionist who answered the phone when I called had a disdainful attitude so I had to end the conversation quickly. I said thank you, and that I would leave a review so others could hear about my experience. I won't use her name here, but I asked a very simple question and I did not mean to offend her by it. She must have felt the need to express her opinion about it by her tone and punctuation of voice. I may visit this hotel in the future as it looks upscale and beautiful, but I do believe it is important to have a more professional staff if your hotel room rates are $400+.”
