Location is right by the beach on Collins Avenue. In the heart of south beach , it’s a 3 star hotel , affordable and safe. The rooms are decent and clean . Beach umbrella and two chairs are included in your stay per day . Happy hour is also the best . The pool is also nice . The staff is very helpful and super sweet

After I booked the hotel I was nervous based on the mixed reviews. Overall we enjoyed our stay! The building is old, so you get small elevators, small rooms, old hallways. But overall it was nice! Perfect location to walk everywhere. The cleaning staff was great along with everyone in the lobby and pool area!

Excelente Hotel!! Atención muy amable del personal, servicio de limpieza muy bueno y habitaciones cómodas y amplias, la ubicación del Hotel es excelente en South Beach, ya que se encuentra cerca de muchos restaurantes y de Lincoln Road, además, su acceso directo a la playa lo hace perfecto para poder disfrutar en cualquier momento del día o tarde.Hotel Súper Recomendado, con precios buenos y una excelente atención, alojamieto fijo en mi siguiente ida a Miami.

We had 1 night here before a cruise and 3 nights after. I had requested a 3 bed room and this was done. It's actually 2 rooms and a bathroom which is perfect for my family. The hot (well warm) water takes a while to reach the basin or shower. Both rooms need more storage drawers as there is only a hanging rail, in one room, which only had enough hangers for a couple of items. Also need more bathroom storage as 4 of us sharing has meant living out of toiletry bags. The back yard is great but we didn't get to use it as much as we would of liked. For wheelchair users there is a ramp from the street to Chloe's patio but after that there are a few more steps into the lobby so it's not very accessible. To get to the back yard there are another 5 or 6 steps. I have my family to lift my scooter up the steps but others may not be so lucky. The bellhop older guy is lovely and helpful.

Booked this hotel for a girls trip with 2 friends. When booking, we saw the option to get a room with 3 beds, which we thought was perfect. We got the room we requested, it was just smaller than the pictures online make it appear. Everything in the room was very updated. The bathroom however is small and our room only had a view of the building next door. Also on our first night, when we were getting ready to go out, we showered and immediately upon turning the water on the shower was flooding because the drain was clogged. The hotel staff somehow knew about it due to a leak that was happening elsewhere in the building so they came up to fix it immediately. The only other downfall to the room was the phone didn’t work to call the front desk or housekeeping. The biggest complaint about the hotel though was probably that the housekeeping staff is EXTREMELY loud. We were out very late every night (as most do in Miami) and every morning we were woken up at 8 AM by the housekeepers talking. We also had the do not disturb sign on for our entire stay and the housekeepers knocked on our door on our checkout day at 8:30 AM for some unknown reason. Aside from that, the hotel has great amenities: will hold your luggage before check-in and after checkout, up to 4 free drinks per person during happy hour from 6pm-7pm (only request $1 tip per drink), and 2 free chairs plus umbrella for each day you stay.

I live in Tampa for 15 years now and 1st time in Miami this past week. This hotel was lovely. My daughter and I loved it. Pool was great and beach access was perfect. Hotel restaurant have very good prices and food. The only thing I wish I couldve enjoyed is a view of the strip from my room. There is no central AC so the portable AC unit next to the window would fog and condensate on both sides of windows. And one elevator was working which was a little bit of a pain. BUT OVERALL, Great experience!! Would recommend to family and friends and hope to visit again in the near future.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, Quiero agradecer a Rocio, Bianca y Yashira que son la luz misma del front desk. Pero sobre todo felicitar al gerente por haber formado un equipo de gente latina muy cálida y atenta con los huéspedes, siempre dispuestos a resolver positivamente cualquier situación. Por lo demás es un hotel muy bien colocado en su valor no creo que haya un tres estrellas beachfront mejor en sus precios dado todo lo que ofrece. Respecto a lo “criticable” es un típico hotel de south beach en cuanto al ruido y el elevado volumen de la musica sobre todo de jueves a domingo donde se crea un clima de party-time algo forzado: se compite con los hoteles de los alrededores por imponer sonidos que terminan aturdiendo a los huéspedes en una mezcolanza a todo volumen de tres musicas a la vez.Debo decir que esto sucede en todo South Beach, por lo que si busca musica de spa y tranquilidad vaya al norte de la 20th. En resumen: Marseilles podría ser un best-buy de la zona. Recomendacion: desatornillar las ventanas del los baños para que puedan abrirse un poco ayudaria en la convivencia de habitaciones compartidas.

Nice hotel! We arrived when Happy Hour was almost over. The ladies at the reception told us to go to the bar quickly so we could have some cocktails and they kept our luggage safe. The hotel has a nice big garden with swimming pool and a back door to the beach. Once we arrived in the room, the ceiling above the shower appeared to be leaking. We reported this to the front desk and Yashira Trinidad was super friendly and helped us right away. She offered us a beautiful large room with jacuzzi, compliments for the great service!

I booked a seven-day stay here, but there was a blackout from the afternoon of the third day while I was staying. And until deep night, this hotel could not fix the blackout. Not the entire Miami blackout, but only this hotel had a blackout. That night, all the guests of the hotel were angry and asked for compensation, but this hotel said it would not accept the cost only on the day of the power outage, so I paid a higher price than usual and booked another hotel. Overall, my evaluation of this hotel is like this, the price is really reasonable, but the hotel is not systematic . However, free beach parasols (Most other hotels charge umbrellas) and free beach chairs and connecting directly to the beach are very good. The size of the room is not small, but it's frustrating because the window doesn't open. But the air conditioner works well. The cost-effectiveness is good, but it was very inconvenient because of the power outage. If there is no happening like a blackout during your stay, this hotel will be fine. The size of the swimming pool is okay, but the water is very cold.

Don't book this hotel based on the photos you see online. I mean its completely off, false advertising. The rooms are tiny, falling apart, walls are extremely thing, no air circulation especially in the bathroom, i couldn't breathe in there, the AC didn't work (its Miami, its hot af), there is no fridge or microwave in the room. The "backyard" is cute butthe fun stuff is reserved for people who rent the cabanas which no one did, so its just empty area. The beach is nice but a little crowded. Location is nice, plenty of restaurants around. The customer service was good for the most part as well.

Great place to stay on Miami Beach! The property, the staff, the management- all EXCELLENT. Yashira at the Front Desk made our stay great. She was courteous, professional and accommodating. She genuinely cares for the guests. Our housekeeper Liuminka was helpful and caring. Made sure our room was stocked and cleaned throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend staying at Marseilles!

Pésima experiencia. Carísimo para el servicio que ofrecen. La pandemia les da la excusa ideal para no limpiar y tener que pedir ese servicio diariamente.De tomad formas, solo "hacen que limpian" cada dos dìàs. Servicio de resort de 35 dòlares mas taxes y no hay ni siquiera toallas disponibles. Lo tenès que pagar si o si aunque no lo uses (ej los días de lluvia.) . Sale màs barato pagarlo si no tte alojàsen el hotel que si sos huesèd. Cero protocolo. Todos sin barbijo. De hecho los empleado se jactan de ello, aunque diga que no se permite estar en espacios comunes sin usarlo. Olor a marihuana permanente en el hotel. Si te quejás te contestan que le van a cobrar multa a los que fuman( y a lo que no fumamos, cuál es el resarcimiento?). Todo muy precario por casi 300 dòlares el día

This was my 3rd time staying at the marseilles hotel and this has been by far the best time. There have been so many updates to the hotel's "backyard". You can lounge, swim or sit in the hot tub. The hotel backs up to beach which is easy access to the ocean. Close to shopping & restaurants.

The front desk check in went as smooth as it could go and they let us check in 2 hours early. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice layout. The pool and backyard section was a nice touch and they have free cocktail happy hour which is something you can't be upset over. The beach chairs and workers on the beach were very accommodating and it was an all around pleasant stay. Will probably stay again.

Beautiful beachfront property! Excellent, attentive staff!! Happy hour is great here!! Vibes!! Big pool, water lounges and hot tub are clean & AMAZING! Beach pass give you access to beach lounge chairs and umbrella & food/drink service ON THE BEACH! Truffle fries... delicious! Comfortable beds. Clean property, housekeeping is active. Parking $30/day but one of the lowest on the strip!

What they are lacking of, they make it up via customer service. The employees are very nice and helpful. Great location, 2 steps to the beach, 10 minute walk to all night life destinations and restaurants, and mall. Pools are great, Instagramable scenes.

Eclectic for the area and priced right. Clean rooms. Watch out for on premises bar, can be pricey but they do have happy hour which is more than worth it. Plenty of water areas and right on the beach. The only drawback is not being able to choose your neighbors and being to close to 7th floor ice machine used by all floors and bar.

Hotel was great! Really good location, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff is super friendly! Also we ended up getting an ocean view and just couldn’t be more happy. They have a happy hour to which is 1$ drinks 😍 the pool outside is just as amazing as the pictures and the back yard is super fun. I just wish the hours were open later for the pool, but they had to do what they had to do for covid.

I’m only giving two stars because Luis and tatiana the two bartenders make sure you have the best time ever by the bar I absolutely love them and the staff were actually nice to me. BUT this definitely isn’t the cleanest or nicest hotel. There was a roach in the pool that had the swing chair. The cleaning ladies DONT really clean idk what they do. Beds are super uncomfortable and you get 3 flat pillows. I’ve never seen a hotel with 3 flat pillows before. As much as I loved the staff the food was just awful and the cleanliness definitely is not up to par. I say they shut this place down and completely revamp it. I’m sure they make enough money they charge a lot to not make sure the hotel is super clean.

Exelente hotel, comodidades e localização.Apenas não possui café da manhã.Tem uma taxa que paga ao fazer check-in que tentaram me debitar novamente no check-out, fiquem espertos. Mas o resto amei e voltaria. Hotel tem saida exclusiva para a praia com quarda sol e cadeiras disponíveis. Embora a área interna do hotel ja seja excelente. Possui toalha disponivel, pscina aquecida, ofurôe lindo spa. O bar oferece 1 drink por dia por 1 dólar no happy hour . Amei tudo...

Pontos Positivo: localização e área de lazer.Pontos negativos: Quarto pequeno, não tem frigobar, o banheiro é pior ainda extremamente pequeno, não tem nenhum tipo de ventilação, chuveiro com muita pressão expana água pra todo lugar e fica tudo alagado fora do box. E a garagem que é um absurdo de caro $32 dólares ( em toda Miami é assim, tem que pagar pelo estacionamento do hotel) o estacionamento ainda fica duas ruas depois do hotel. Se chegar a noite com compras, morta de cansada e tiver aquele temporal de chuva, aí é uma maravilha... :(

I had a doctor's appointment in the area and stayed for a quick night. There was a mistake charged to my card which caught me by surprise. After not being able to reach the proper person, Lucas (Front desk person) reached out to Chris (Manager) and he politely corrected this issue. Thanks again Lucas. Hotel was clean and nice.

So my friends and I booked this for August in late May on expedia and got an extremely good price for our flights and our stay here. Because of how late we booked and how cheap it was, I was really really skeptical about it. However, I'm soooo happy with it and will definitely be coming back! The backyard is fantastic, we loved all the pools and the jacuzzi, the hammocks and the bar. $1 happy hour drinks were great and the frozen drinks were so awesome. The food at both the bar and the cafe at the front was really delicious and we ate there multiple times. And of course, having the beach right outside the backyard was perfect, as well as the umbrellas and lounge chairs that came with our reservation. The view from our room of the beach was gorgeous too!My complaints would be: -It's never really quiet. Part of it is the fact that you're on a tourist strip in Miami Beach and it will always be noisy outside, but often guests are super loud in the hallways in the middle of the night. I didn't care because I up too but if you want quiet and early nights, maybe don't stay here -The bar outside closes at 8 pm??? I wish we could've had some late nights by the bar and pool -No laundry or vending machines for water bottles

The hotel was older but it didn't disappoint. The only issue I saw that a handicap with wheelchair cant use this hotel. The outside is huge and it has a great bar area. The pool looks clean and the bathroom was clean too. The bar had happy hour and the drinks was not water down.

If you’d like to stay up party all night that’s your place , especially sixth floor, Structure interior design A+ , for picture A+, Big place clean comfortable, could add Nice café, or place to sell tampons water etc. Good place I will visit again

Great price, great location and parking is a block away and it's gated. Rooms are nice and have a great view of the ocean! Hotel is on the beach and they have a nice outdoor pool, bar and beach chair service! Good party seen around pool!!

I’m really not sure how they have a 4.0 rating. The walls are thin, you can hear everything, elevators are slow and the room smells of mildew, the windows don’t open, phone didn’t work in the room so we could call the front desk, and our room wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. When we returned home our clothes carried the smell of mildew. The front desk staff wasn’t accommodating at all. However, the restaurant and the restaurant staff were amazing. The food was pretty good and the pool area was nice. Would I recommend this hotel? If your standards from accommodations aren’t too high this is the place for you. A few hotels down you have Loews Miami Beach hotel as an option spend the extra money and please…stay there!

Extremely rude staff. The outside dining servers awfully rude. Check in was 3 pm but they had nothing till 5pm. It was a tropical storm outside and my kid was sick and they wanted us to wait in the lobby for hours till something became available. Lobby was full of other clients who were angry. I asked for a refund to get another room who could take us sooner but they refused and said they will cancel my stay but I will still be fully charged. Ruined my trip with my kid to Miami. I never want to return. I was in tears walking down south beach with a sick child looking for a room to stay during a storm and lost my money. I called a few times asking for a refund and they refused each time.
