“Um lugar especial para devolver o conforto, com uma equipe muito prestativa ❤️ Tem um fantástico jardim com árvores históricas, flores e uma bela piscina. Possui peças de antiguidades com móveis modernos também. É muito recomendável começar o dia com o café da manhã neste hotel, então tudo aqui é perfeito 👌”

“I had the worst time of my vacation in this place. I booked a room with balcony and garden view in the Pavillon Winter but because of Corona they "upgraded" me into the main building.What I got was a room (no. 358) with view onto a facility building with loud vents on its roof. Because the windows are older than the Pharaos they have no noise reduction. I always woke up in the middle of the night because of that.After complaining they gave me room no. 329. There I can hear the street noise all the night. In both rooms the carpets are dirty and chairs have stints on them.Both rooms had no balcony.Positive to mention is the nice staff, the pool and garden and the breakfast.”
