Concordo que os chuveiros precisam ser melhorados, precisa de um compartimento dentro do box para utensílios... mas o hotel é muito bom, funcionários educados, tudo muito limpo, café da manhã muito bom. Merece 5 estrelas.

Gostei bastante! O hotel todo era limpo, o staff super atencioso,o quarto quentinho para os dias frios, café da manhã bem gostoso e a cama muito confortável! Faltou uma pia espaçosa no banheiro, mas o chuveiro era muito bom! Localização era ótima, próxima a praça das armas e havia restaurantes muito bons nas proximidades.

Pessoal muito simpático e atento. Quartos sem blackouts. Pequeno almoço muito fraco. Tem a vantagem de ficar muito bem situado. Existem quartos sem janelas. Acima se tudo valeu a estada pela boa disposição e atenção do pessoal que lá trabalha.

El local es pequeño aunque acogedor, el personal no es del todo atento, las bebidas y la comida es muy costosa para la porción que dan.

Lo que más me gustó del lugar, además de la ubicación y los alimentos, fue la atención del personal, Alan, Olino, Wilberth y Johan, tan comprometidos en hacerte sentir mejor cuando estas acosada por el mal de altura y requieres desesperadamente de una sopita caliente y de la solidaridad y la empatía humana 😁

El piso es de madera y suena mucho al caminar. Cuando pasan los buses por la calle vibra la estrctura. Se escucha el ruido en la habitación de los pasadisos y del comedor. El calentador suena mucho y no calienta casi nada la habitación. El lugar es algo rustico

Se q de los Casa Andina Standard q hay en Cusco este no tuvo renovación y se hace notar, la habitación bastante sencilla, cómoda pero no se compara con otro standard en las q me hospedado. Personalmente no me gustó mucho nuestra habitación daba a la calle y oíamos mucho ruido. Lo bueno es q tiene es q el desayuno esta desde las 05:00am, los amenities son muy buenos y naturales.

Very clean hotel, reception staff is very helpful and the breakfast is ok. Very close to the centre of Cusco, writhing walking distance to mane places. We are on our honeymoon and there was a nice surprise waiting for us in the room!

A very nice hotel located near the center of Cusco. What the hotel lacks in luxury it more than makes up in world class luxury service. The staff is top notch. They were super helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again.

A great hotel and very welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Avoid room 117 - noise from some kind of a pump will keep you up all night.

Lovely 3* hotel that provides a nourishing breakfast. It is conveniently located, and less than 10 minutes from the main square. Staff are very friendly. The onsite Sama restaurant provides meals at a reasonable expense.

UPDATE: I talked to the staff and the manager was very gracious and incredibly transparent. I will leave the original post but wanted to be clear that I believe they are trying to do the right thing and did say they were eager to take action steps to prevent this in the future. ORIGINAL POST: The place has potential as a rustic old hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. But I am up at 4am after a skin crawling night where I just felt covered in bugs. Very little sleep ahead of an adventure filled day in Cusco sadly. Sure enough, they have a bed bug infestation. But, that is not all. There is also some sort of microscopic bugs as well that are more difficult to see. Stay away unless they fix this problem. I will certainly update this review once I see the response of the staff and owner. I am including multiple photos of the bed bugs.
