“I’m really not sure how they have a 4.0 rating. The walls are thin, you can hear everything, elevators are slow and the room smells of mildew, the windows don’t open, phone didn’t work in the room so we could call the front desk, and our room wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. When we returned home our clothes carried the smell of mildew. The front desk staff wasn’t accommodating at all. However, the restaurant and the restaurant staff were amazing. The food was pretty good and the pool area was nice. Would I recommend this hotel? If your standards from accommodations aren’t too high this is the place for you. A few hotels down you have Loews Miami Beach hotel as an option spend the extra money and please…stay there!”
