Os recepcionistas foram bons, mas não foram claros sobre o apartamento e aonde seria nosso quarto

Muito legal, bem localizado(perto da praia), perto dos bares, lojas, etc nao deve exigir muito, preços bons(ecomico) tranquilo, quem pretende gastar pouco p dormir muito legal( fiquei em dois quartos, uma sala) pessoal legal.

Tem muita pinta, mas o serviço e o preço são coisas que devem ser melhoradas .... Mas é um edifico artdeco o que só por si lhe dá muito charme

Dirty Hotel! The rooms all have a mold smell. You can see mold growing on the walls. Leaky ceiling and No Valet even though website says there’s a valet! Dirty towels left in our room from housekeeping. Hallway carpet was filthy and needed vacuum. Front desk is rude. There are way better hotels to stay at. Don’t waste your money! This is a dump.

Good price, decent location but AC does NOT WORK!!! Read other reviews and disregarded them, but it is true the ac doesn’t work. Also, the security at this hotel is incredibly weak

The room was horrible.The first room had bugs and the bathroom sink was in the middle of the bedroom! The second room had a Broken bathroom window dirty shower with mildew. And to addd insult to injury our room door could not be accessed with card key for a hour ! Hotel staff couldn’t even open it with three try’s finally someone came up with a real key and opened the door. We immediately left the next morning and they still want to charge me for my entire stay! The hotel was dirty and at best mediocre. I’m very upset and cannot get in touch with the general manager for some kind of resolve. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!!!

Let’s start with the service. When I arrived the desk clerk was no where to be found. Approximately 20 minutes a man walks in and walks back out 5 minutes later he returned and said give me 5 more minutes I’m running 3 different places. As I tried to talk to him he was so rude and when I addressed the way he was speaking he became agitated and stated being more rude. The rooms I booked was gone so he gave me two rooms in two different buildings. Then I had to get my elderly mother up the outside stairs only to find out that the elevator wasn’t working. So I had to drag my mother and all the package up the stairs. Once in the room there was roaches on the floor crawling. My experience was terrible and I just thought I share it so that no one else will experience this same thing. And also be aware the rooms don’t like as beautiful as the website

Mold smell throughout the halls and rooms. Mold growing on the ceilings, mirrors and walls in the hotel&Rooms! Bathroom ceiling was leaking on our heads and crumbling! Chesterfield is in need of a great deal of MAINTENANCE! Do not stay here! The Miami Building & Health Department needs to inspect this hotel! This will be the next Surfside collapse! Staff was unfriendly and didn’t care about any of our complaints.

Pesima. Atencion de la recepcion, nos entregaron las llaves de la habitación y no estaban activas hotel viejo y sucio, el agua de la tina no sale tienes la llave suelta , no lo recomiendo, no volveremos nunca mas, he estado en mejores hoteles por este mismo precio.

Internet pésimo el aire no funcionaba bien problemas con el agua caliente, el trabo por parte de from desk excelente costumer service pero nada recomendable

De verdad, no se queden ni por error, las habitaciones nada que ver con las fotos que muestran, sentí que estaba en un hotel de paso!!

El hotel es malo, pero lo peor es que luego de hacer el check out no nos devuelven el depósito y cargan a la tarjeta,gastos por supuestos consumos del minibar, primero por 185 USD y luego por 350 USD incluyendo tragos, botellas y demás que ni siquiera creo que tengan a disposición!!!! No consumimos nada!!!! Un verdadero robo. No vayan!A pesar de la respuesta...debo decir que es mentira... resta devolver los 100 usd por los que pasaron nuestra tarjeta en concepto de garantia y que luego dicen que es por consumos. El resto fue la tarjeta que retuvo el pago, no el hotel. Esperamos una solución!
