“Antiguo hotel remodelado, está situado en pleno centro de Copenhague. Buen desayuno, atención de los empleados y limpio. Lo mejor la situación, en pleno centro comercial y con metro y autobuses a 100 m. Recomendable”

“Great location - bang on Rådhuspladsen (town square), close to the beginning of walking street.
Decent breakfast - staff forgets to ensure that badics (like orange juice) does not run out.
Overall experience with staff was 3 out of 4.
Experience with room service was 1 / 4.
I was asked by reception during check in if I would like my room to be cleaned every day, during my stay for 3 nights. I said yes and the receptionist gracefully confirmed thar it will be done. How ever, during my stay my room was not cleaned even once. Not even towels were replaced. I has to ring up the reception on third night of stay to remind them that Scandic hotels is in hotel business and that basics need to be addressed even if they fall flat after setting high expectations.
Corridors in the hotel are spacious, but the carpets smelled foul. And every time some one banged a room door in a floor above you, you hear it loud inside the room and feel the vibration.
Over all, poor experience. Will neither use this hotel in the future nor recommend it to any one.”
