“Let's start with this is certainly NOT a four star hotel, I would say 3 at the very outside and that's only because the rooms have a separate toilet to the shower room. Pros..The grounds are amazing with trees and plants, the hotel is very relaxing, the tui entertainment staff are very friendly. The cons..the food is very limited and very very repetitive, they let things run out and then put some more on!!! It's hard to feed yourself as an adult, how people with children get on I don't know, the entertainment itself is at best dismal (entertainment used loosely), and the pool, oh my God even at the 1 metre depth part you cannot see the tiles on the bottom, I wouldn't like to guess when it was last cleaned, people also put sunbeds up to the edge of the pool the entire way around so you have to shuffle through to get to it, although this isn't down to the hotel, they should still get on top of it. Most of the restaurant staff are miserable, on the plus side bar staff are really friendly and a good laugh. Beds are terrible and when asked to sort something out with them they put a quilt under the sheet??? In 30 degree heat at night, really??? As you can guess, I will not be back. Maybe I am being a bit rough but I have been to several riu hotels in several locations and this doesn't even come close to the others so maybe riu management should pay a visit and sort it out.”

El hotel es pequeño, sencillo pero hermoso! el pastel de cumpleaños se nos ofrece y en este preciso momento nos preguntan el número de habitación para mi sorpresa. ¡Regresamos a Francia, fuimos pirateados nuestros 2 CB en el banco postal! No lo recomiendo! el personal es de mente cerrada (religión)

Encantador hotel, personal amable y servicial, exuberantes jardines, deliciosa comida y mucha vida salvaje. ¡Echamos de menos la canción del pájaro! 🐦❤️ Las habitaciones son como se esperaba, limpias, ordenadas, estaba más que feliz con la cama firme. Tener una pequeña nevera y secador de pelo era genial, con todas las comodidades básicas. La desventaja del aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación no era brillante, lo que significaba lidiar con los días muy cálidos y casi todas como noches cálidas, ¡un asunto de veterinario sudoroso! Teníamos 2 niños pequeños con nosotros, así que solo usamos la piscina para niños y el hecho de que no podías acercarte a la piscina grande a menos que salieras al amanecer con tus toallas.

El registro fue genial. Llegamos a las 10 (el registro comienza a las 14:00) y de inmediato nos ofrecieron las pulseras con todo incluido que podríamos usar antes de registrarnos en nuestra habitación.La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. Bonita vista desde el balcón, aunque no tomamos la habitación con vista al jardín. Todos los jardines eran bonitos y muy bien mantenidos.Fue agradable poder comer y beber en diferentes bares y restaurantes. Las cervezas, el vino y los cócteles gratis estaban bien después de pagar 70 MAD por dos cervezas en el centro de Gueliz. La selección de cócteles era bastante buena, pero sentí que les ponían muy poco alcohol. La comida también era bastante buena y solo había un período de 30 minutos durante el día en que no servían ninguna comida (desayuno, almuerzo, merienda y cena). No probé el restaurante marroquí.El ambiente era bastante tranquilo, no un lugar para personas que buscan grandes fiestas. El hotel estaba lleno de personas mayores tomando el sol todo el día. No estoy seguro si este es el caso de otros hoteles similares.

Si te apetece un descanso en Marruecos con un presupuesto limitado, este lugar estaba un poco cansado cuando fuimos, pero pronto volverá a estar en forma. Personal amable, excelente ubicación a un par de minutos a pie del bullicio de un suburbio de Marakech. Los jardines son preciosos y bien cuidados, en realidad le dimos consejos al equipo de Garden. Corren un autobús a la parte nueva de la ciudad, reservan un espacio en la recepción todos los días y puedes caminar hasta el casco antiguo a través de la ruta Mohammed 5 para ver la gran sala de hielo en la ruta. Mire sus bolsillos en la plaza y las personas con monos y tatuajes de henna ... Acabo de regresar de una semana de descanso con amigos. Bonito hotel y la comida es buena. La piscina exterior es absolutamente fría que no es un problema ya que hay una piscina exterior. El problema es que esta piscina está abierta desde el 11 hasta el 3. Sin duda, podría abrir desde el 10 hasta el 5 de manera que los clientes pueden querer unirse a los aqua aeróbicos que el equipo de animación está ofreciendo. Todo el mundo está tomando el sol hasta el pasado 5 y sería una buena idea utilizar la piscina hasta entonces. El equipo y las instalaciones para hacer café en la habitación también serían agradables. El personal era amable y las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas. En general, unas buenas vacaciones.

Wauw! Het behulpzame personeel staat zeker centraal in dit hotel. De kamers werden netjes schoongemaakt, de bedden waren top! En het eten was ook meer dan goed!De badkamer (met badkuip) was aan vernieuwing toe maar het was zeker niet vervelend.Echt een aanrader!

Habitaciones similares a otras RIU visitadas pero que necesitan una reforma. Jardines muy bonitos para pasear y bien cuidados. El personal es amable.Puedes conseguir instalaciones para preparar té y café en tu habitación (¡lo primero es amar una taza de té!) Pero debes pedir en la recepción un hervidor y pagar un depósito de 150 dh.

Un hotel muy limpio con un bonito jardín grande, muy buena comida y muy buenos mojitos. En principio, ¡todo fue genial! La deducción de una estrella es porque los artistas nos ignoraron por completo la primera semana, probablemente debido a la falta de francés. Solo cuando más alemanes vinieran al hotel seríamos percibidos. Para las personas que no valoran la animación, sí, no hay problema, pero eso es muy importante para mí. La ubicación del hotel podría ser mejor, pero hay un servicio de transporte gratuito. Todo en uno pero valió la pena.

Tuvimos una muy buena estancia en este hotel. Habitación tranquila con vista al jardín, buena ropa de cama. El personal es servicial y muy útil. Los tratamientos de piscina y spa son agradables. El inconveniente será el wifi, que está accesible solo en el vestíbulo del hotel y el ruido de la mañana temprano por parte del personal de limpieza.

Por primera vez en Marrakech, probamos este hotel.Un hotel bastante bueno y decente, incluso si algunos lugares están un poco viejos.En cuanto a catering, es una lástima que no sea lo suficientemente variado.La habitación estaba bien, ropa de cama limpia y el resto de la habitación níquel.En cuanto a la animación, hay 3 de cada 7 animadores de propiedad, los demás no están muy motivados y no hacen mucho.El único punto muy negativo es el wifi que solo está disponible en el Hall y hay que tener muchas ganas de conectarse a Internet porque es largo. Lugar agradable pero un poco viejo, todas las instalaciones datan y muestra ventanas sanitarias.La comida ya no está bien: la elección no es amplia, pero hay una rutina especial, solo hay un plato que cambia de día a día, todo lo demás es copiar y pegar.Aparte del club infantil, la animación brilla con su ausencia, tanto que en la noche el espectáculo suele ser realizado por clientes en forma de juegos: ¡nadie se deja engañar!En conclusión, no está mal, pero la relación calidad / precio no está ahí: en resumen, es demasiado caro para lo que es.

Por dónde empezar ... La habitación es bastante bonita y está bien cuidada por el personal, que era agradable. Desafortunadamente, si te gusta dormir en una cama más dura que el piso, este es el hotel para ti. Puedes escuchar constantemente a la gente en la habitación de arriba golpeando debido a que todos los pisos están embaldosados, lo que no es la mejor idea si quieres una tumbona decente, debes levantarte temprano. Hay muchas hamacas, lo cual es bueno, pero la piscina está tan fría que cuando alguien deja caer un cubo de hielo, se derritió media hora, lo que significaba que no podía entrar temprano por la mañana, de lo contrario, tenía frío hasta 10 solo para que el sol te seque, lo cual no es culpa del hotel, pero podría funcionar con al menos calentar la piscina ya que es todo incluido, lo que significa que las personas pasarán mucho tiempo allí. Y finalmente, la comida increíble ... La comida es la misma todos los días en el bar 2 cosas que cambiar a la carta fue una vergüenza, tenía las mismas cosas para su entrante y desierto que el buffet y todos los que fueron la misma noche que nosotros. la misma mirada de lo que fue esta basura todo el tiempo. El check in en el mostrador fue realmente inútil diciéndonos que nuestra habitación era 410 dándonos la llave de la habitación y dejándonos ir y encontrar la habitación que no sería tan mala si no hubiera varios edificios para buscar en la oscuridad en nuestra primera vez En Marruecos, aparte de eso, cuando salí, la señora me arrebató la llave de la habitación de la mano y se alejó de su compañero para firmar un libro que decía que habíamos salido y no nos habíamos interesado realmente, ni una vez la recepción fue útil. me miró como si los estuviera molestando cuando pregunté algo. La música junto a la piscina es lo más anticuada posible tocando cosas como ABBA en repetición todos los días, las personas que dan las toallas son las personas más felices del mundo, ya que realmente no querían estar allí, el Zanzíbar fue muy agradable, lo cual no quiere decir que, de mala manera, haya sido un lugar muy agradable para relajarse, pero lo peor de todo es que no hay reglas para fumar, puedes tener tantos 🚬 como quieras en la piscina, lo cual es genial teniendo en cuenta que mi novia tiene asma , 👌 pero por supuesto este hotel es genial ...

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, lush gardens, yummy food and lots of wildlife! We miss the bird song! 🐦❤️ Rooms are as expected, clean, tidy, I was more than happy with the firm bed. Having a little fridge and hairdryer was great, providing all the basic amenities. Downside the aircon in our room wasn't brilliant which meant dealing with the very warm days and almost all as warm nights a vet sweaty affair! We had 2 young children with us so only used the children's pool and the fact that you couldn't get near to the large pool unless you were out at dawn with your towels!

Check in was great. We arrived at 10 (check in starts at 14:00) and were immediately offered the all inclusive bracelets that we could use before checking in to our room.Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice view from the balcony even though we didn't take the garden view room. All the gardens were pretty and very well maintained.It was nice that we could eat and drink in different bars and restaurants. Free beers, wine and cocktails were nice after paying 70 MAD for two beers in Gueliz center. The cocktail selection was fairly good but I felt like they put very little alcohol in them. Food was also pretty good and there was only a 30 minute period during the day when they didnt't serve any food (breakfast, lunch, snack time and dinner). Didn't try the Moroccan restaurant though.The atmosphere was pretty chill, not a place for people looking for big parties. Hotel was mostly filled with older people sunbathing all day. Not sure if this is the case with other similar hotels.

Lovely hotel.A few pointers if your going;Be up early for beds, the ones around the pool start going at 6am! We went down at 8am and was only just able to get 2 beds.Book the al la cart early during your stay as fills up fast, we missed out.Dont bother with hotel room requests, we didn't get any.If it's a birthday treat, only expect champagne etc, if your birthday is when your actually there (despite emailing and informing TUI the hotel manager would not allow as the birthday was the week before!)Look out for the tortoise! These lovely animals roamed around however locals kicked them and mistreated them, reception staff laughed at complaints! Take them to safety on the outskirts of the hotel!Food is good for meat eaters, a little repetitive for veggiesAll inclusive alcoholic drinks were good and hit the spot!Try and get low denomination notes at the airport, the hotel staff expect tips! Best exchange rate is at the airport but try and get what you need as the exchange rate back is very poor, only change what you need and if you have a credit card rely on this at the hotel.The shop is okay and stocked with anything you may have forgotten.I would also recommend the TUI discovery trip, very long day and lots of walking but get a real look at the souks, its double the price of Al and Mohamed but you get to see everything and don't just see their "friends" shops, be brave and venture out to the New Town on your own. Be weary of food outside the hotel.Barter hard but expect to pay more than you expect!The waterfall trip is good but bear in mind its 3hours there and 3hours back!Could go on for ages, lovely holiday, probably wouldn't go back but worth the experience.

I've given 4 stars but with a few very minor tweaks would have been 5 stars. This is a very good holiday hotel in stunning grounds. Food is very good. Staff are without exception brilliant, bar staff could be on stage as a comedy act!!Please please could we have some hand drying facilities in the toilets!Unfortunately this hotel is a taxi ride away from most of the attractions; please be aware taxis are VERY expensive.

If you fancy a break in Morocco on a bit of a budget give this place ago was a bit tired when we went but is down for a re-fit very soon. Food wise you dont go hungary but it's a place catering for many people at once bar areas all good the evening entertainment can be lost in translation and long winded but you have legs and can walk out. Friendly staff great location within a couple of minutes walk of the buzz of a Marakech suburb. The grounds are beutuful and well looked after we actually gave tips to the Garden crew. They run a bus to the new part of town daily book a space at reception and you can walk down to the old town via route Mohammed the 5th look out for the large Ice Parlour on route. Watch your pockets in the Square and people with monkeys and henna tats.... The place is great been here both day and night look round the market and surrounding streets and remember barter for stuff.... don't believe all your holiday reps tell you about this place they only want to sell trips... if you want souveniers and to book trips go out of main gate of the Hotel turn left walk down street first block of shops go into Mohhameds Shop great guy and local check him out on Trip Advisor....... if you want a better Hotel check out the Palmeria up the road from here.....

Just returned from a week's break with friends. Nice hotel and food is good. Outside pool is absolutely freezing which is not a problem as there is an outside pool.The problem is that this pool is only open from 11 till 3. Surely it could open from 10 till 5 that way guests might want to join the aqua aerobics that the animation team are offering.Everyone is sunbathing till gone 5 and it would be great to use the pool up till then.Team and coffee making facilities in the room would be nice too.Staff were friendly and the rooms were kept clean and tidy. Overall a nice holiday.

Nice hotel in a quiet position clean and food acceptable rather than fantastic, especially the lunchtime menu.Rooms similar to other RIU visited but in need of a refurb. Gardens very nice to walk around and well kept.Staff friendly.You can get tea and coffee making facilities in your room (love a cuppa first thing!) but you need to ask at reception to get a kettle and pay a deposit of 150dh.

Where to start... The room is fairly nice is well looked after by the staff which was pleasant.Unfortunately if you like sleeping on a bed harder than the floor this is the hotel for you.You can constantly hear the peole in the room above banging around due to all floors being tiled which isn'tthe the best idea if you want a decent sunbed you do need to wake up early. There is plenty of sun beds which is good but the pool is so cold that when someone dropped an ice cube in it, it took half and hour to melt which meant you couldn't get in early in the morning otherwise you were cold till around 10 just for the sun to dry you out which isn't the hotels fault but coulddo with at least heating the pool since it is and all inclusive meaning people will spend a lot of time there. And finally the amazing food... The food is the same every single day bar 2 things changing the a la carte was a disgrace it had the same stuff for your starter and desert as the buffet and everyone who went the same night as us had the same look of what was this rubbish the whole time. The check in desk was really unhelpful telling us our room was 410 giving us the room key and letting us go and find the room which wouldn't be too bad if there wasn't several buildings to look for in the dark in our first time in Morocco other than that when I checked out the lady just snatched the room key out of my hand and just walked off toldy partner to sign a book saying we had checked out and didn't really take any real interest not once was reception helpful just looked at me as if I was bothering them when I asked anything.The music by the pool is about as dated as possible playing things like ABBA on repeat every day the people who give the towels out are the happiest people in the world as they really didn't want to be there the Zanzibar was very nice which I don't mean in a bad way was a very nice place to chill but the worst thing of the whole lot is there is no rules on smoking you can have as many 🚬 as you like by the pool which is great considering my girlfriend has asthma,👌 but by all means this hotel is great...

Decent hotel.. Good food and staff. Didn't like the location.. Would have liked theshuttle bus to return from the centre later than 6 15pm and we definitely would have liked it to drop off nearer the main square rather than where it did drop off, only to be swamped by taxi drivers. Wi fi works. But only in the foyer. Decent pool, read some think it's cold but found it takes the edge off th sun nicely. 4 tennis courts but never saw any one use them. The room was decent but the fridge was really loud and was always waking us up in the night..couldnt un plug it as it wired up with no plug

My partner and I stayed here from the 23/09 to the 30/09.We were both a little dubious about staying here after the horror stories you've probably seen on here but we went in with an open mind and were not disappointed!The check-in was seamless. We arrived at a perfect time (around 8pm) which meant we were in time for dinner at the buffet restaurant. We were also given a drink on arrival which was a lovely welcome.The rooms are comfortable and just what you need after a hard day relaxing by the pool. They are a little outdated but the planned renovations may cover this. The air conditioning isn't the best but it didn't really affect us too much because it is a lot cooler at night anyway.There are 2 pools. The main one that host aqua aerobics (highly recommend) and water polo every day. The animation team are brilliant and put in ridiculous hours from 8am-midnight. Each one of them has a smile for everyone and happily includes you if you want to join in. During the week, a few birthdays were going on and the aqua aerobics class sung happy birthday to them which was a nice touch. The second pool is a kids pool which is smaller, obviously. During our stay, there were only a few kids around and we spent all of our time at this pool as the kids were all jumping in the bigger pool.The food was varied and deliciously cooked. There are some foods that are repeated but when you think about how many people they are catering for, it's sort of understandable. Also, you don't need to eat everything on the first day. The variation of the main dish changes daily and this is also the same in the poolside restaurant. You still get your pizza and chips if that is what you went to Morocco for. Yousef was our main waiter in the evening who always saw us to our seats and brought a drink over for us. Yousef, Mohammed and another colleague really helped me out when I had a stomach ache by getting me some Berber tea and a banana. They really went above and beyond and it was very appreciated.We booked excursions through our TUI rep however, there is a locally ran shop just outside the resort who run trips which we would probably use next time. The TUI excursions cover a range of different activities that cater for all sorts of tastes. We went on the Medina and Souks tour, Taste of Morocco (traditional Moroccan restaurant with music and belly dancing) and Marrakech by Night (horse and carriage ride into the square). All highly recommended!We went to use the gym a few times which is actually quite well equipped. It opens at 15:30 and shuts at 19:00. There isn't a water fountain in there and you have to purchase water in the fitness centre so make sure you pick up a bottle from one of the bars/ reception before going.Some top tips that will probably be shared with you over and over again:If you visit the Medina, be sure to have your wits about you as kids will try and pick pocket you. Men will try and sell you things and women will try and give female travellers henna tattoos. Be respectful, this is their livelihood but a simple 'no thank you' in Arabic/French/English goes a long way.It is a Muslim country so being respectful about what you wear and how you behave in a couple is also appreciated when you are out of the hotel.Tipping is not expected but showing appreciation towards those who go above and beyond is always nice.Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is a closed currency so you will need to exchange money at the airport or hotel. Take out small amounts at a time.I am looking forward to seeing what happens to this hotel as it is beautiful now. The gardens are impeccable. I hope they still keep the same feel they have now!We really enjoyed our week at this hotel and will definitely be going back to Morocco!

I was very pleased with riu tikida garden, from the view of the garden in our room to the cleanliness of the entire place, the speed of service at the bar and entertainment were top notch.The hotel is quite compact so easy to find your travel mates if you need to. Staff are friendly. A very pleasant week.

Let's start with this is certainly NOT a four star hotel, I would say 3 at the very outside and that's only because the rooms have a separate toilet to the shower room. Pros..The grounds are amazing with trees and plants, the hotel is very relaxing, the tui entertainment staff are very friendly. The cons..the food is very limited and very very repetitive, they let things run out and then put some more on!!! It's hard to feed yourself as an adult, how people with children get on I don't know, the entertainment itself is at best dismal (entertainment used loosely), and the pool, oh my God even at the 1 metre depth part you cannot see the tiles on the bottom, I wouldn't like to guess when it was last cleaned, people also put sunbeds up to the edge of the pool the entire way around so you have to shuffle through to get to it, although this isn't down to the hotel, they should still get on top of it. Most of the restaurant staff are miserable, on the plus side bar staff are really friendly and a good laugh. Beds are terrible and when asked to sort something out with them they put a quilt under the sheet??? In 30 degree heat at night, really??? As you can guess, I will not be back. Maybe I am being a bit rough but I have been to several riu hotels in several locations and this doesn't even come close to the others so maybe riu management should pay a visit and sort it out.

Adorableplace. Adorable waiters in the restaurant, in the Zanzibar bar, in the entertainment sections and other places. Nice swimming pool. Excellent good. Exceptional staff and ambiance. You will immediately love the staff. This hotel is extremely popular with people from the UK and elsewhere, including from Morocco. Wi-Fi is available at the reception and by the swimming pool. Hôtel slightly pricey but services are good. Lots of friendships are born in this hotel.

I've heard this place will be closed for refurbishment so this may not be valid for long. Yes it could do with an update as the room we were in was dated and not 4 stars. However the staff were extremely friendly and the bar staff in Zanzibar were awesome. Every evening they would engage in impromptu song and dance, they seem so happy it was infectious. The food was agreeable, quite a good variety and plenty to eat. The setting of the hotel lived up to its garden name with lots of planting and this attracted lots of birds, who would wake you up early in the morning singing. I'd have one of the top floors next time as we had a ground floor room and the people above us seemed to be constantly moving furniture on a tiled floor that disturbed our sleep, the swines! The wifi is dead slow 1mbs and intermittent at times.

Staying here right now. Do not come if you want a holiday! If you want to chill by the pool with French stuck up people then this is the place for you otherwise go for palmeria or aqua mirage. We have been her 2 nights and at 12:30 we’re having fun on holiday and other people decide it’s okay to moan and complain about us even tho our problems are with the hotel and how we can never get in to the room.ThIs hotel is 2* at max.I’ve realised now it’s worth £100 to get a better hotel.

Not very good hotel for a RIU. We found this to be very tired indeed and in desperate need of refurbishment.No disables toilets near pool and access o my down ling steep steps although reat of hotel is not too bad for disabled. Qo t stay here again and u unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

Need more comfortable sunloungers and more umbrellas.. food was ok, plenty of choice, but very much same old, same old.I love tagine but all were veg or pulses, no lovely lamb tagine, apparently if you booked the a la carte restaurant you could have ordered lamb.

El hotel cumple. El personal es muy amable y cariñoso ... en este sentido nada que objetar. Todo lo contrario. Una maravilla. La comida de noche es excelente, es variada y muy cercana a la comida de Marruecos y se agradece. No obstante, recomiendo encarecidamente reservar en el restaurante marroquí (q está al lado de la piscina). El sitio es mucho más íntimo y bonito ... Para pocas personas y la atención fue exageradamente buena!. Buen vino (de la región), y con un músico amenizando la noche. El trajín que nos sirvieron allí fue magistral. Los primeros platos (variedad que te sirves tu mismo), son muy muy buenos. En especial la pastilla marroquí que recomiendo como primera opción).El hotel, siendo de la cadena Riu y habiendo visitados otros tantos de estos, si que me defraudó un poco. Es muy antiguo y le falta una actualización urgente. Le falta un poco más de oferta de ocio nocturno (y de día). Tenía lo mínimo, y demasiado mínimo como para cumplir y poco más. También debo aclarar que fui en enero (invierno), no obstante en otros Riu este aspecto mejoraba muchísimo. El otro punto malo de este hotel, es lo lejos que está tanto del aeropuerto como del centro de Marrakech. El taxi desde el aeropuerto te puede costar entre 250 y 300 DH dependiendo de las personas que sean y la hora (si es de noche el precio tocará pelearlo mucho). Esto es mucho, pero la distancia lo amerita. Desde el centro el coste puede variar entre 70 y 80 DH (no pagar más de ello). Afortunadamente, el hotel lo resuelve poniendo un bus lanzadera gratuito que va y viene al centro en intervalos de 1 hora hasta las 18hs.Otro punto flaco son los alrededores del hotel. No digo que pueda pasar algo malo, pero no me animaría a salir por allí caminando por mi propio pie. Menos aún de noche ...La experiencia en gral. fue buena, sobre todo por el personal. No obstante ... creo que por lo que cuesta el hotel hay mejores opciones mejor ubicadas en el centro de Marrakech y con más servicios que le añadirían un valor importante. Y el hecho que no puedas salir por la noche a caminar por allí (por el centro no hay ningún problema) ... al menos para mí también le resta mucho. Dependes muchísimo de taxi para estas cosas. Las 4 estrellas lo mismo las mereció en tiempo atrás, pero este hotel en España tendría 3 estrellas como mucho.

Muy bonito hotel con hermosas áreas verdes bien mantenidas, una gran piscina y otra piscina para los más pequeños, habitaciones muy bonitas y espaciosas, un bar, una sala de restaurante para el desayuno y la cena, otra sala de restaurante para Almuerzo y merienda junto a la piscina, otro restaurante junto a la piscina solo para cenas y reservaciones, canchas de tenis, petanca, pequeños campos de golf, muchas terrazas para relajarse y tomar una copa. Una tienda, el vestíbulo y muy bonita.El personal es muy agradable y atento.Entretenimiento para todos.Además del sol y el calor es realmente perfecto !!!

The hotel is OK. It's kind of old fashion building but the rooms large and cozy. There is one big swimming pool which is nice.The food on the other hand was average almost everyday same food with slight difference. The food was almost tasteless expect for some dishes which I really liked. Would have liked some special menu for kids to enjoy it also.There was no kids activities available.The kids club is for kids from 4 to 12 years but no one available to assist you there at any time. So if you are traveling with young kids I don't feel it's a good option. There is a small playground as well but most games broken so only swing, slide and balance was working.The plus is its near the city center and they have free shuttle bus and they have free wifi although it's available only in reception area not in the rooms.

I enjoyed learning Arabic.Food - there was a good choice to choose from for each meal.Met some amazing people, and the staff were great and the entertainment team just knew how to party..Can't wait to come back!

There is a small playground as well but most games broken so only swing, slide and balance was working.The plus is its near the city center and they have free shuttle bus and they have free wifi although it's available only in reception area not in the rooms.

The room was big enough for the 3 of us get ready in, cleaned daily, no issues.Pool was cleaned daily, poolside games are fun. I enjoyed learning Arabic.Food - there was a good choice to choose from for each meal.Met some amazing people, and the staff were great and the entertainment team just knew how to party..Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful staff, whether the maid, the staff doing the gardening, serving at the bar or in the restaurant. All fantastic warm people. Would have given 5 stars except that the food though plentiful could do with being a tad more varied and the Moroccan Restaurant was a disappointment. I had a better Moroccan dining experience in restaurants in the Souks in Medina. Ahmed the Tui rep was wonderful and warm. All in all a good experience 👍🏽

I have stayed at this hotel twice during November. The staff are really friendly and helpful.There is a free shuttle bus into the city, and taxis are also available.There various activities going on throughout the day and evening. Or you can just relax by the pool, walk around the gardens and play sport or go-to the gym.There is a huge variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and recommend.The rooms are a little tired looking, although spotless clean and comfortable.

Decent service and good food. However there could be more rotated options as currently there is only 2 different nights. Staff are fun and helpful, always wanting to chat. Lots of activites such as water polo and volley ball competitions which the staff actively try go get people involved with every day. Easy 10 minute car journey to get into Marakech via the shuttle or a cheap taxi Would recommend for anyone not bothered about the 5* treatment and want a fun, friendly relaxing holiday.

We stayed for a week there and really enjoyed our time. The food is good and they give a lot of options, the rooms are big and clean, the people working there are always smiling and ready to help you.The hotel is almost in the center of Marrakech you can get to the center in 10min by car.The only thing that displeased us was that the hotel don't have room with king or queen bed it's separated bed that they put together and for us was a problem, and also the activities stop at 5pm so after 5pm you can't do any activity and it's not very smart when you want to play tennis or volleyball and you can't wait the sun to go a bit down to don't burn under the sun.

I could not have asked for a better first-time experience in the hotel and the country. Great buildings, plenty of activities and welcoming staff. The food could be improved to include more native, cultural dishes, but then again the food was as warm as the chefs making them.I could not have asked for a better holiday.

I stayed here for a weeks all inclusive holiday and was not disappointed. the hotel is a 4 star and lives up to that rating in the most part. We were met at the main entrance with non alcoholic cocktails, our room was ready straight away and they even put food on as we arrived after lunch had finished. Our bags were taken to the room by porters and we were on a sun lounger by the pool in no time. There are 3 on site restaurants but only 2 will be open at the same time. The main restaurant is open every day and caters for even the most fussy of eaters, there is also an Italian and a Moroccan which were both great. There are 3 bars, one of which is a pool bar which is open throughout the day for drinks beside the pool. The rooms were cleaned daily and they also made sculptures out of the towels which was a nice touch. There is a free shuttle bus that goes into Marrakesh throughout the day, it drops you off at Marrakesh market which is in the middle of Marrakesh so it saves a lot of money on taxis. The electrical plug we took didn't work so the reception gave us one for free which saved a lot of hassle trying to find one.We had a great week staying here and would visit here again.

Se pueden realizar varios deportes: tenis, voley playa, fútbol, pingpong, mini golf, piscinas externas y cubierta pero hasta las 15 horas, y petanca. Un hotel fuera del meollo de la ciudad donde desconectar totalmente por las tardes tras una jornada turística. En un petit taxi, estás a unos 40 dirhams desde la Plaza 16 de nov.Piscina, habitaciones cómodas, comida correcta. ¡Recomendado!
