Generally, our experience was pretty good. Pros - Very friendly and kind staff - Easy and fast Check-in and Check-out - New building with modern design - Clean and beautiful room - Close to a subway station and easy to reach the city center - Great underground parking with 15€/night Cons - The temperature of the room was set at 23C, with real feel lower than 20 without an option to adjust it. The room was really cold and the ari condition system was REALY noisy! - The ventilation system of the bathroom was really noisy and loud. There was no option to deactivate it. If you are sensitive with sounds during sleep, surely at night you will face a problem with this. - Expensive breakfast - A bit uncomfortable mattress

The location is excellent (far from the noise and crowding of the center) and (there is a supermarket open 24 and Mac). The staff are wonderful and cheerful, especially MR. Well what can I say . The stay of seven days was absolutely amazing .Tito at the front desk booked me into the hotel in less than a minute and Mercy was there with any any booking queries i might have had .He was very helpful in every sense of the word. He went out of his way to assist me with the lil things like the best restaurants and beer to get while in Munich . The room was bigger than expected and very clean with wall to wall carpeting .The bathroom was also very clean and stocked more than enough body wash and liquid hand soap .The rooms had air-conditioning so I could maintain the perfect temperature . Breakfast blew me away . Their buffet spread was the best I have ever head form the hotels I previous stayed in . The selection was enough to keep me in the breakfast hall for more than an hour . To finish the day off we ended up at the bar that was stocked with a wide selection of wines and beer . Annastacia took good care of us there and her friendly demeanor made us feel at home and welcome . I would highly recommend the FOURSIDE HOTEL MUNICH for quality of stay and excellent staff . I truly felt at home away from home . Thank you for a memorable stay .

It was a pleasant stay, the beds are really comfortable and the room was clean and exacly the same as on the pictures. Would stay again. The staff were professional. Rooms are very clean and maintained daily. Es fácil llegar al Estadio Olímpico desde el hotel, ya que la parada de autobús se encuentra frente a la puerta. En el desayuno había que esperar más tiempo por mesa, ya que solo había un empleado que tenía que cubrir y poner la mesa. They overbooked so I didn’t have a room to sleep in! What’s worse, I wasn’t informed until the second time I asked to check in. I don’t give 1 stars often, but I have to this time. I came to Munich for the Intersolar ‘22 fair and our assistant booked relatively last-minute, so the price was substantial (about 3x the normal price) as all Munich hotels were full that week. Despite this, when I tried to check in around 9pm, I was told to “wait until a colleague checks the rooms”. Sounded strange, but I waited for an hour in the bar. I then saw a queue forming at the reception and already tired, wanted to ask what’s taking them so long. In the queue I learned they basically ran out of rooms. A few minutes later I was offered a room at a hotel near the Munich airport (30min taxi ride) and advised to take it as there are “no more rooms left after that”. I reluctantly accepted (22:30 by this point), went into the taxi and ultimately got to bed around midnight. Tomorrow, I had to endure an 80 EUR, 45min taxi ride to my office downtown through the morning traffic, which was not covered by the hotel. I’ll spare you the all-caps phrases of frustration, but let’s say this was a huge inconvenience. Not sure if this was intentional or not, but in any case it was very poorly handled by the hotel.

Habitación limpia, moderna y excelente ubicación. El desayuno con medias rebanadas en platos prefabricados es irreflexivo: ¿debería tomar cuatro platos para tener dos rebanadas de salami para llenar mi mitad de un panecillo? Debido a que la estadía en sí fue excelente, solo se deduce una estrella: sigan así y mejoren en el desayuno ;-)

Quarto limpo, moderno e ótima localização. Café da manhã com meias fatias em pratos pré-fabricados é impensável - devo levar quatro pratos para que eu tenha duas fatias de salame para encher minha metade de um pão?
