“NEVER BOOK HERE! In my opinion I believe the staff has something very suspicious going on and I’m concerned for any women in to future to truly reconsider choosing this hotel for your stay! I never been to Miami to I decided to finally go! Well I truly regret it! A man walked into my room (WITH A KEY), I quickly confronted him asking him how do you have access to my room and he ran off! I immediately run to the front desk for help. I asked for them to run the cameras, check my key fog, find this man bec I was worried he mad access to other guests room! The hotel assured me they were going to figure this situation out. No one contacted me until 7pm that evening and tried to gaslight me and tell me that “no one had a key maybe I left my door latched” I would never do that, I’m a very small woman I never leave my room open anywhere and especially a place I’ve never been! This random man had access to my room and the hotel is trying to cover it up…they have yet to contact me regarding my stay. It was a terrible experience and I just want others to stay away!!! I feel so unheard, unsafe and unprotected! NEVER BOOK HERE!”

“We arrived for our stay here around 11 am with check-in much later in the day. They were so kind to let us store our luggage while we walked around for hours followed up with the best recommendations for lunch and dinner. IT GETS BETTER-due to the shortage of flights when we booked ours (Covid related maybe) our flight following our cruise was late in the afternoon. The airport wouldn’t let us check our luggage or store it for a fee. As a last resort we called this hotel explaining our situation and that we had stayed the night before our cruise & ask to pay to store our luggage for a few hours so we didn’t have to pull it down the streets. They were so kind to let us store it without a fee. A few hours later we were 2 of the people in the huge Southwest cancellation of flights and couldn’t get a flight home until the next afternoon. SO THANKFUL the wonderful manager that let us store our luggage found us a room. Our stays both nights were great, but we were so thankful for such wonderful people to help us make all 3 of these situations so much better. Can’t wait to stay here again. Also this hotel is very walkable to everything we wanted to do including the beach. And they will kindly drive you there and pick you up. A 10 OUT OF 10!!!”
