Hotel muito bom, deve ter passado por uma reforma, tudo novo no quarto, atendimento muito bom, localização excelente...Bem limpo, com piso no chão, decoração moderna. Só tem um valor um pouco alto e cobram por qualquer coisa.. Mas vale a pena.

Serviço é muito ruim, além de ser um assalto qualquer coisa que se pedir, não tem frigobar, qualquer coisa se paga aqui, até para respirar. Cheguei às 18:30 e o quarto não estava disponível. Não é muito limpo também.

"4 star hotel" with tiny bedrooms, very uncomfortable beds, restroom door is just a sliding door, broken handle, couldhear everything from upstairs and halls. For the price I paid for 2 rooms close to 5k I was expecting something better. The only 5 star was the staff they were always attentive to my needs and giving me advice of what not to do during my stay like, don't touch nothing from the fridge because you will be charged for everything, valet parking guys were also very kind and friendly, just the Hotel itself was the worst. And for all those who give it a 5 star saying this hotel was the best I would like to know where you been staying before because rooms are not, believe me, are not 4 star hotel.

In comparison to many hotels around ocean drive (from what I see on the outside) it’s nice. Our “ocean view” was more of a roof view with a sliver of ocean wayyyyy down past the dirty roof (see picture)- we paid way too much for that. Very spacious suite though- two rooms, two bathrooms and a sitting/living room. The service is meh. The “gift” for platinum Marriott members was an “offer” to go to a meeting to sell us a timeshare- Ugh please. On a Friday the towel service at the pool didn’t even open til 10:30. Everyone was annoyed. The food and drinks are outrageously priced (as expected of course) but the food is pretty good. The cleaning service is good but the rooms are a bit dingy and outdated. There was a mysterious stain on our floor and overall this place definitely needs some work. The bar tenders were really kind though when I asked for a kiddie drink, and some of the beach attendants were helpful also (some let us have an extra umbrella and chair for “free” in addition to the umbrella We already bought). Overall- this hotel is Just so so. Definitely doesn’t feel as nice as the usual Marriott hotels we often travel to. The best part of this place is the location, pool (not busy on a week day) and beach access.

Hotel staff are great and friendly but seems short staff due to Covid era! A bit party type hotel with loud people. Ran into couple of questionable behavior on the hallway but hope there is cameras on the hallways and throughout the hotel for safety! I had ocean view and enjoyed it very much but someone on upper balcony was urinating outside which resulted in smell of urine on my balcony and didn’t go on my balcony anymore. Overpriced and non of one my requests were ready when I checked into the room such as xtra towels. Price needs to be adjusted for this type of hotel my bill for 3 days was over 1,500!

I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was good. The front lobby, restaurant and pool areas are nice and the staff were excellent!! Brandy at the front desk made checking in a breeze and I loved the bartender with the cute manicure! The beach attendants were so attentive and funny! The only reason I'm not giving this stay 5 stars is the quality of the actual room. I had an ocean view king and it looked very worn down. The doors to the fridge area didn't close properly and the overall room just wasn't in pristine condition. It wasn't much to complain to the front desk about but it was a bit of a let down considering the cost of the room for a weekend.

Front desk person was not knowledgeable. The day we checked in, We wanted to rent a cabana and we were told we could not make a reservation, that it was on a first come first serve basis. Luckily, we decided to go to the beach and asked if we could Reserve a cabana for the next day and the attendant said good thing you came today because we are almost sold out for tomorrow. Additionally, the rooms were dated, squeaky beds. Every time you turned, it made noise and they were not very comfortable. The barn door for the bathroom cut my finger since it did not close properly. The last straw was the day we were leaving, we went out to breakfast and buy some souvenirs. We returned to our room at 10:45am and our key to our room did not work anymore. We ask the cleaning lady to let us in, and she cannot. We go to the front desk and ask them for a new key and when we tried opening door we still could not open it. We go back down and she says I forgot to charge you for parking. Go upstairs and we will send security to let you in your room to get your luggage. This was outright an inconvenience and it made us late to the airport. The only good thing about this hotel is the valet parking and location. We are Definitely not staying there again.

5 star hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast buffet. Right in the middle of Collins road. That's right where you need to be. 9 times out of 10 I'm staying there again when I go back to Miami. I highly recommend this hotel. Can't go wrong staying here.

Estuvimos hospedados durante 5 noches y todo fue muy lamentable! las habitaciones no las hacían sino lo pedíamos en recepción, no solo eso sino q a mi hija le desaparecieron de la valija 1 par de zapatillas Jordan Nuevas y a mi hijo 1 bolsa con varias cosas de Golf, x supuesto q dicen q están investigando y sin repuesta Aún! NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!, al que le interese hospedarse que lo piense antes de ir!!! Tenes q estar pendiente de todas tus pertenencias…. PATÉTICO!!

Excelente ubicacion, excelente desayuno buffet. Linda pileta y buen servicio de playa. Lo que habria que mejorar son las habitaciones (decoracion vieja y de dudosa limpieza). Pero lo que resalto como muy negativo es el estado general de mantenimiento del hotel. No se veia cuidado. Puertas viejas y raspadas por el paso de los años, alfombras en pasillos de mas 15 años x lo menos... Y podria seguir....

Estuvimos una semana durante los primeros 4 días tuvimos que pedir TODOS Los DÍAS que hagan la habitación ( horrible mi mesa para tomar un té) El 5 día tuvimos un PCR positivo avisamos desde ese momento JAMÁS vino mas nadie a dejarnos ropa de cama o elementos para poder limpiar la habitación FUE UN ABSOLUTO ABANDONO DE PERSONAS lLo mejor el servicio de PARKING

We have mixed reviews. Hotel is clean and service is impeccable. Everyone from front desk, to bartender, to poolside, to beach service (towels, chairs, etc) were extremely helpful, upbeat, etc. Hotel is in great location and has good amenities (bar, pool, restaurant, etc). The issue I have is that two of the three elevators were out of commission!!! Really!!?? For that kind of price? Luckily we were only on the 5th floor so it was easy enough for us to take the stairs. But there are over 12 floors. How does a Marriott, at this price range, allow only one working elevator. FYI, our stay was a romantic weekend.

Tuve una estadía de una semana y les doy 5 estrellas. Recomiendo la habitaciones con vista al mar! Personal cálido y atento en especial María Puccio, todos mis respetos a esa hermosa y eficiente niña. Una de las housekeeper que me dejo mi habitación impecable y cumplió con todos mis requerimientos. Me sentí como reina. Sigan teniendo ese modelo de trabajadores y me tendrán mensualmente con ustedes, aplausos y gracias por todo.

The location is great. The beach and pool were amazing and perfect. The pool/beach service (specifically Logan) was amazing. My biggest issue was the rooms and in turn lack of sleep. We were put into room 438. AVOID THIS ROOM AT ALL COST. There was a loud metal noise that went off all day and all night. We complained about it the next day and after an hour of discussing with the front desk staff and hotel engineer, this noise is apparently a known issue instead of fixing it. No one should be placed in this room. So then after convincing, we were FINALLY moved into another room that happened to be directly across from the elevator doors. So that in turn was another night of no sleep. It felt like our concerns weren't taking seriously. I would suggest not staying here if you want comfortable sleep.

This hotel is nice on pictures but not as much as in person. 1. Do not park at hotel it’s 45$ a night. 2 feet away next door there is parking for $30 a night. 2. Don’t expect the hotel to accommodate you. We went to the front desk because our bed was broken. They were so easily able to “waive” resort fees. While being at the front desk a couple times through out our stay. We noticed they “waived” everyone’s resort fees if they had any issue. 3. The sliding glass door to the bathroom is horrible. It either doesn’t move, doesn’t stay open, or comes off of the lining easily. 4. The front desk people don’t care about you. They will give you free stuff to get out of there face.

The hotel is in a good location and area. Room is clean, had a good view. Everyone seemed pretty friendly. Until we got to the front desk & my partner was asked to swipe his card again after it already said approved. That next day realize we were double charged for accidental fees. Went to speak to the front desk about this, they claim it was a mistake and error with the system. The next day we see another charge. The girl at the front desk was acting so confused, someone else came to speak to us and once again claiming it was an error in the system. They didn’t know that we already prepaid for the room which seems like B.S to me. They were very nonchalant and confused. How do you over charge someone $600+. Finally spoke to the manager and same thing, but he offered to take 2 nights of resort fees off.

Very nice hotel on the beach. Super clean. Awesome location. Aromatherapy in lobby meets you upon entry. Great beach service with towels & chairs! Amazing yoga teacher offered daily! ❤

Lo visitamos hace poco y no fue lamejor experiencia, esta bien ubicado, pero colpasaron con tantos huespedes, no aseaban las habitaciones,no dejaban toallas ni papel higienico, se debia estar atento y solicitarlo a recepcion, venden un hotel 5 estrellas que apenas llega a 3. No incluye desayuno y las opciones de menúsonpocas, sus meseros muy formales. En general no lo recomiendo bien ubicadose paga muy caro sólo por ello.

If you come to Miami Beach and want to stay right by the beach and few steps away from Lincoln Road, Royal Palm South Beach Miami is the place you’re looking for. It has a great location! 2 pools, jacuzzi, gym, nice breakfast place, bar, ... all you need for a great vacation time by the beach. Rooms are decent sized and clean. Not happy with the hotel’s overall ambiance: they can do a better job with the cleanliness, some of the staff is not focusing on guest satisfaction and happiness, poor service. On the positive side Danilo and Pedro from the breakfast staff are doing a great job. By the way there is a great breakfast every morning, various options, tasty and fresh products. Also the front desk guys are great; they quickly understood the bad service and bad attitude we received from the valet parking and they made us feel valued offering us a complimentary beverage to our group.

Checking in was fine, the parking attendant was friendly and helpful. However after we checked in our experience changed. The bed had something that looked like silly putty Under that blanket. We called the front desk with no answer for 15 min, so when we walked downstairs to talk to someone about getting a new blanket he laughed and said “you walked down here just for that?” I explained there was something on our blanket and he just said “house keeping isn’t here until the morning” Later We took a walk around the property and saw a rat outside the Florida cookery. 2 stars because the location is great and the first guy we spoke to was awesome.

I checked into a different hotel in South Beach and immediately left. I took an Uber to the closest Marriott property. I had no reservation, was tired of dragging my luggage around Miami. Francesca was so wonderful at check in, assigned a lovely room, and made me feel welcome in a new place. The room was more than I could have expected and the hotel is just lovely. The bar staff was welcoming and friendly when I went down to grab a drink and ask a few questions. I enjoyed the first few days so much I went down to the front desk to extend my stay where I met Jose who was just as professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel for location but more so the wonderful team that makes this a great property. Thank you for turning my trip around entirely!

Tinha melhor expectativa. Bem localizado, mas sistema do hotel muito chato. Desconfiam do hóspede. Bloqueiam o cartão de acesso. A cada 3 dias exigem reserva de garantia de 150 dólares. Nunca tinha visto um sistema tão inconveniente. Café da manhã de mais de 28 dólares.

It is just ok...the price is good for the location but if you go by car of you rent a car try to find a different parking garage because the valet parking service is terrible, it is very slow and rude and this service is not included by the hotel...it is cheaper outside the hotel...esta bien...el precio es bueno por la ubicación pero si vas en carro o rentas uno trata de buscar un parqueadero por fuera del hotel...el servicio de valet parking es muy malo...son muy lentos y groseros y el costo no lo incluye el hotel se debe pagar aparte ...los parqueaderos son más baratos fuera del hotel
