We loved our stay!! My family cannot wait to come back! We loved how welcoming the hotel and amenities were to kids! We booked the cabana for a day and it was such an exceptional experience! Loved all of the restaurants. The beach staff was so friendly! We can't wait to return for so many reasons!

The hotel was phenomenal. It actually felt like a resort. The location was great, walking distance to all the major areas. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. It's clear that the staff is trained a certain way to provide the upmost experience for the guests. Alex (pool bar manager) went above and beyond to make this trip a memorable one. His work ethic shows how passionate he is about his job. Not to mention the staff at the beach. It's amazing to watch those guys run around in that kind of heat! The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping was great. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a luxury place. It was worth every penny! Will definitely be returning!

Excellent stay (business trip). Rooms were clean and fresh, no musty odor, clean and not run down linens, all amenities worked fine, service was great all around and hotel looks great everywhere. Awesome location, nice pool and bars. Great venue for the event I attended with great catering menu. No complaints at all.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. My only real complaint is the room was not worth what we paid. The double beds were full size, and the room was pretty basic other than the beach front balcony view.

Él hoteles muy bonito, ubicado en un lugar inmejorable, a pasos del Corazón de Miami Beach y las principales avenidas, todo los puedes hacer caminando. La infraestructura del hotel muy buena, el servicio excelente, la limpieza también, el edificio en sí en muy buen estado, la comida y desayuno, muy buenos, un frigobarmuy completo. Hay dos puntos que les bajan un poco la calificación. Mi habitación está muy cerca de los elevadores y son muy ruidosos y toda la noche molestan un poco y lo otro tienen unas alfombras en parte de la habitación que acumulan Polvo, creo mejor quitarlas. Por lo demás precio, calidad y servicio van bien de la mano.

nice hotel, came for the Food Network festival which was absolutely incredible can’t wait to come back again. The hotel vibe was very nice very relaxing, clean and welcoming.The only thing We were a little confused about was that It was about a 20 minute wait to check in with only one other person in line in front of us because none of the other desks were open and only one person was handling the check ins.Other than that looking forward to coming back, pool is also very nice

Estrutura do hotel é boa, mas o serviço deixa a desejar. Tivemos vários problemas. Lençóis manchados, deixaram de trocar roupas de banho, tentaram nos proibir de colocarmos as cadeiras de praia alugadas do hotel perto do mar, fecharam uma parte do do restaurante do café para evento e criaram uma fila de mais de 30min, reservam mesas e cadeiras na piscina para algumas pessoas específicas, etc

Our January trip Was stressful they did not clean our rooms and the price was extremely high we love lowes Because of its location and wonderful staff but lately it has slid from the five star that it was we are planning they visit Miami again in the end of March but we are now debating to go to our same hotel that we love or give a try to a different hotel, I hope they find this review helpful so they can fix the issues

My boyfriend and I left snowy MI to enjoy this tropical escape. The property is well-maintained and the pool is incredible. You can almost always find a seat and can order a variety of drinks and snacks poolside.For a refreshing change of scenery, unwind in lounge chair on the beach. It's so calming and uncrowded. On a cooler/rainy day, you're a 5-minute walk from historic Espanola Way and the Art Deco district.The rooms feature modern decor and the beds are quite comfortable. My only note is that the rooms don't have a microwave or a mini fridge, which was a bit surprising. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, definitely stay at Loews!

Staff could use alot of work. The front desk lady with the crazy eye shadow needs work in the service department. House keeping is a complete joke,doesn’t even clean the room just leaves a few new towels, left trash on the ground that wasn’t there before, who comes at 5:30pm at night??? Room service needs work and reading the extra notes the customers write. Overall this hotel is a nice location but needs work in the service department.

The highlight of our stay was service by our pool server, Nicholas (a wonderful black male - only mentioning for ease of recognition from management) he was so kind, attentive and speedy with his service. This truly makes a difference!!As far as hotel - the rooms are spacious and clean - they don’t have tubs for babies so make sure to make the right arrangements for bath time. Food was great and the hostess at the buffet greeted us always so kindly and they hand out cute toys for your little ones. I recommend packing your own fitted sheets for crib or pack and play.

This is one of the few kid friendly and family friendly hotels in Miami beach. However, even here the party crowd obviously is favored. The pool closes early ...around 5pm, so does the beach (chairs and umbrellas). I'm not sure why. The food options for dinner inside the hotel are pretty much only room service. We ate in the hotel restaurant once for dinner and had to wait an hour until our food arrived. In the meantime they dimmed the lights and turned up the volume so my kids got cranky and I did not even have the opportunity to finish my dinner myself. The rooms are rather small but that's fine if you spend most of your day anyways outside. There's no kid friendly menu for the pool side (except for usual chicken fingers etc) or beach as you have to go inside the hotel for ice cream or similar. Also upon arrival we were not shown around and felt treated rather second class. The location is beautiful though and i still prefer staying here than many other hotels. Overall for the 5* rating i must say it's the details that are missing. No evening room prep, no welcome gifts, no high end toiletries, no extra toiletries, cheap toilet paper, no bath robes, no show around in the beginning, no intro to spa or amenities, the furniture a bit run down no complimentary water or snacks, there's really that extra touch missing. It's a fancier holiday inn...

The stay was nice, the pool staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, until there was no hot water in the rooms. The hotel knew of this issue, did not tell the guests (even with their text message system), and when I called front desk she said it was an issue with a vendor and no ETA on the fix. She could not care less. Her manager offered two solutions (to pack up my entire family and move to the other tower?! or take my toddler at bedtime to shower at the spa at the other tower?!) that did not work for me and said he’d call back when it was fixed. He also said they were notifying guests by putting a letter under their doors (of all rooms in their main tower… sure…). I did not receive the aforementioned letter or phone call. I did receive a small credit to my resort fee at check out the next morning after I said they provided BS next steps. I can’t believe a hotel of that size doesn’t have any action plan or compensation plan for a major issue like NO HOT WATER. Hope they don’t reply to thank me for the review to help them grow/improve rather spend the time being more proactive with their guests instead.

We had a lovely stay at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. The location is fantastic. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The room was very nice. We enjoyed the beach and the staff was very good with serving drinks. The breakfast at Preston's was excellent. The hotel is very family friendly. We did not bring our kids on this trip, but I would recommend this hotel for families as well.

Buen hotel frente al mar muy cerca de ocean drive, consta de dos edificios con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, aunque la gestión del aire acondicionado e Internet no son adecuados. Personal atento, servicios amplios. Muy restrictivo en el late checkout e incómodo si se hace con niños, porque no les permiten cambiarse en el spa y el espacio habilitado es claramente insuficiente.

We enjoyed the stay at the Loews during the Thanksgiving week! The hotel and premises are well kept and clean. Check in and check out were smooth, valet and bellman services were very good! I must mention Andy, who was super helpful! Preston market breakfast and service were awesome! Enjoyed an evening at the Lure Fish bar too! I look forward to my next stay at Loews Miami!

LOCALIZAÇÃO: é o hotel mais bem localizado de Miami Beach, fica na Collins Av, de frente pro mar! Fica a uma quadra da Lincoln Rd (rua de pedestres com lojas e restaurantes)e perto da Ocean Drive (rua com bares, restaurantes e orla)ATENDIMENTO: O atendimento é excelente. Todos atendem muito bem, inclusive o concierge, chamam você pelo nome. Todas as duvidas que eu tinha foram solucionadas rapidamente, além do check in e check out serem super rápidos. Na piscina, tem atendimento o tempo inteiro.A piscina é excelente, com muitas cadeiras e um espaço enorme. Eles oferecem água saborizada o tempo inteiro e a comida do bar/restaurante é muito boa e bem servida.O hotel tem acesso direto à praia, saindo pela piscina. A praia é muito bonita, com várias cadeiras do hotel para ficar. Eles tem serviço de banana boat, jet ski e kaiak.

I would give 5 stars if our rooms wasn’t so old. Bathroom and especially shower is not what you expert for $500 per night. Other than that everything was great. Nice and clean pool area, amazing breakfasts, superb service, location.

Definitely five stars for this hotel. The pool was closed the first day but we enjoyed the beach as we were given complimentary umbrellas along with the lounge chairs and towels. The pool opened the following day and we enjoyed that as well. The gift shop had many lovely items; Bar Collins was top-notch; and we enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor lounge, as well as, watching the NFL Thursday night game on the big screen.The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the ocean view.

Malísimo el wifi se corta permanentemente y no llega a las habitaciones! De los 4 días que estuvimos no nos limpiaron la habitación 2 veces! Tuvimos que reclamar 5 veces o más cada día y recién las limpiaron 1 vez a las 7 PM. No es aceptable para un hotel de esta categoria

Staff throughout the hotel is amazing. Cleanliness within the room could be a little better but not bad overall. Food is below average for the price, my friends and I tried different plates throughout our stay but weren't impressed by the food. The hotel has a banana boat activity for free but only once a day between 10am-11am if I'm not mistaken and only the first 30 people get to go. It does front beach access and a nice pool, which is awesome. Overall, it's a nice place to stay at and would come back because of the attentive staff and nice amenities.

El Loews dejó de ser lo que era 5 años atrás. Carísimo para el servicio que ofrecen. La comida de los restaurantes dentro del hotel sin sal (algunos podrán alegrarse de esto, particularmente creo que la comida no tiene gusto y es cara). El servicio de limpieza dejó un barbijo en el suelo durante una semana -lo que duró mi estadía- y lo levantaron el último día. Encontré un "regalito" que dejó un perro en el lobby y tuve que ir yo a avisarle al personal acerca de lo que había encontrado. Cuando les dije que yo había reservado otra habitación y no la que me dieron me dijeron que cuando sobrevienen las habitaciones, te toca la que te toca. Y a mi me toco una equipada para personas con capacidades reducidas, con bañadera despintada, y alfombra llena de pelos ajenos. El wifi, cuyo precio está incluido en la tarifa de la habitación es pésimo. Sólo anduvo en el lobby, pileta y en el corredor de las habitaciones. Nose, tengo muchas quejas porque me parece un divague lo que cuesta y el servicio que dicen que ofrecen, con el que verdaderamente te dan.

Beautiful upscale resort style hotel located on the beach. Walking distance to South Beach, shopping, dining, biking, nightlife, you name it! Family friendly and or a great place for a romantic getaway! Staff and service here are top notch as well. The beds are right up there with the best I’ve slept in while traveling and the water pressure was excellent following those salty, sandy, sun kissed beach days! We love this resort style hotel and will definitely be back! Cheers travel goers!

Me pareció un lugar muy agradable, bastante confortable, no me gustó que las habitaciones te cobran 6 más taxes y tips por una botella de agua en la habitación y que no tienen neveras, si quieres una debes de pagar por el alquiler de una $30.El bar es hermoso, la piscina también con acceso a la playa a una parte bastante tranquila y segura. Si te toca las habitaciones del segundo edificio la máquina de hielo está en el ground floor.

This is a beautiful hotel with top notch accommodations. My husband and I were so impressed with the service we received by the friendly staff. I want to give a big shout out to Jesus that works at the front desk. They didn’t have the room we wanted available on the night we checked in but Jesus was able to move us the next day. We had to cut our vacation short because I recently lost my mom and was not feeling the vacation vibe. Jesus was so gracious and waved the early check out fee. My husband and I will most definitely be returning to the Loews in the future. I just hope and pray we get to see Jesus again. Thank you Loews for hiring amazing staff to take care of your guest!

This was my first time staying at Loews Miami. 3 friends and myself stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. It was outstanding. Any issues or questions were answered via text. The ocean view room with a balcony was perfect. The pool and the beach were perfect. Everyone we interacted with from the staff was friendly and kind. Anytime I go back to Miami, I plan to stay at Loews.

Ended up staying here over the weekend for my bday and it was a great experience. Staff - From checking in, room service, pool staff, pool bar staff, and valet everything was great. They really take care of the guest here and very nice. Rooms - Great views for Oceanfront and nice size rooms, clean and modern simple decor. A.c. works great and comfortable beds etc. Lobby - Its nice spacious with a store for any forgotten items, bright, and they have a nice restaurant/bar. Location - Prime location right at the end of Ocean but walking distance to everything in the immediate South Miami area. Pool - Nice pool with shaded areas, lots of seating, live entertainment. Overall great experience and would recommend the place.

Good property in a great location - beware of the rude aggressive pool gatekeeper Property was very nice. Great bar and patio area, rooms were decent (on the small side but generally well maintained) and pool itself is very nice...that is if you can make it past the gatekeeper. The woman (tag said from England) was very aggressive and rude to the paying guests that have every right to use the pool. Even if you walked by 3 times already, she makes you show your key. Doesn’t matter if you have hands full of food and drinks bought FROM THE HOTEL. She walks the pool like a prison guard walks the yard, even has the same sunglasses. If it seems like you are breaking one of their 50 rules she aggressively confronts you. It happened to me and I saw it happen to others. At one point I asked to speak to a manager, she refused and said read the rules (sign covered up by piles of towels). Just glad she didn’t club me.. We just wanted to relax in the sun at the pool and felt on edge the whole time for fear of her confronting us. It was extremely disappointing and for this alone I sadly wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others. I did inform the hotel via their post check out survey so hopefully, if you do try this hotel, you won’t feel like prisoner number 73050134 while trying to enjoy your vacation

Em fev de 2020 estive pela 4a vez nesse conceituado hotel, que sempre recomendei, porém , a experiência que tive dessa vez , foi extremamente desagradável, tive o valor de US$ 2.200,00 furtados de dentro do cofre do quarto do hotel, algo que nunca aconteceu antes comigo, estavam eu e minha mulher, chamamos a polícia , o chefe da segurança fez todos procedimentos, o gerente substituto, um brasileiro de nome Bernardo, nos atendeu dizendo para não nos preocuparmos pois o boletim de ocorrência policial, junto com laudo do chefe da segurança, iria para seguradora e, em aproximadamente 30 dias meu caso seria solucionado, retornei ao Brasil no início de março, veio a pandemia, deixei passar uns 2 meses e mandei e-mail para o Sr Bernardo, que disse a seguradora não ter enviado resposta mas que cobraria a mesma , até hoje , 7 meses após o ocorrido, não houve solução para o caso, um verdadeiro absurdo pois , só de diárias, paguei um valor bem acima do valor Furtado no cofre do quarto , portanto senhores , é inacreditável que um hotel desse porte faça tão pouco caso com clientes assíduos que , sempre frequentaram e indicaram o hotel, e , sugiro a quem esteja pensando em se hospedar por lá, que não deixem pertences de valor no quarto e nem mesmo dentro do cofre, pois o mesmo não é seguro .

Habitacion para dos excelentes. Para 3 te armar un sillon que se forma un catre, fue lo unico que no me gusto, en relacion a su precio.

Un hotel muy agradable. Buena atención. Servicios disponibles las 24 hs Limpieza constantemente a la habitación. Regalos y atenciones hacía sus huéspedes. Playa sólo para huéspedes. Un poco costoso para almorzar desayunar y cenar. Tiene un buen gimnasio. La pileta está siempre llena con gente refrescandose. Buen spa
