“UPDATE: I talked to the staff and the manager was very gracious and incredibly transparent. I will leave the original post but wanted to be clear that I believe they are trying to do the right thing and did say they were eager to take action steps to prevent this in the future. ORIGINAL POST: The place has potential as a rustic old hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. But I am up at 4am after a skin crawling night where I just felt covered in bugs. Very little sleep ahead of an adventure filled day in Cusco sadly. Sure enough, they have a bed bug infestation. But, that is not all. There is also some sort of microscopic bugs as well that are more difficult to see. Stay away unless they fix this problem. I will certainly update this review once I see the response of the staff and owner. I am including multiple photos of the bed bugs.”
